Just over three months ago the Sholtis family lost their mother, Cynthia, unexpectedly. For her four children, the youngest of whom was 16 year-old Joey (the only boy), it was a devastating blow.
Friday, May 3, brought another hammer blow when Joey was critically injured in a dirt bike accident. He is hospitalized in Geisinger, Danville (Pennsylvania) with multiple traumatic injuries.
This wonderful family has been through so much this year. I honestly don't know how Joey's three sisters are able to bear the weight. Could you? Could any of us?
I've included a Go Fund me link to Spartans stand with Joey. The fundraising goal is $5000 but I think much more will be needed. It's going to be a long road back for Joey.
Can you pitch in $5? $20? $25? More? Anything helps.
